If… (Week 82)

This is week eighty-two in my personal “If… Project” in which I answer questions from the book “If… (Questions for the Game of Life)”

There are 125 pages of this book, each with four questions. I plan to take one page each week and answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as I am able. In addition, I invite you to answer the questions along with me, whether it be in the comments section, your own personal blog, or just within your own thoughts.

Perhaps in doing so, we will get to know each other better, but even more importantly, get to know ourselves better.

This week’s questions:

If you could have been any sports figure from history, who would you want to have been?

Mary Lou Retton

If you could change one thing about your life, what would it be?

Money would be nice, but I think I’d rather just have a dream job. It would give me emotional satisfaction and the money would come as well.

If you had to choose the prize for the best movie in history, what film would win?

Oh, this is such an awful answer, but I just love this movie, so I’m sticking with it. Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion

If you had to pick the worst movie in history, which would get the dubious honor?

I’ve only fallen asleep during one movie at a theater, so I guess by default, that one. Though, in its defense, I was exhausted before I even went in to see it and it was a midnight showing. So, while the movie may be completely brilliant, I’ll never know. The Talented Mr Ripley.

Those are my answers to this week’s questions. What are yours?

One Response to If… (Week 82)

  1. Robert says:

1: Can’t answer as I’ve never really followed sports.

2: The only one things makes this hard. But, I find it hard to beat a good job as well. Being able to influence people would be the ultimate.

    3: In Harm’s Way.

4: I usually forget about the worst ones. But, I had no praise for “Being John Malkovich.”
